The hotel offered an affordable price during the New Year period, which was convenient for my budget. the location of the hotel was quite good, with easy access to various landmarks nearby and the local transportation. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant.
My experience at this hotel was not as expected. The room was not clean, and it was full of bugs.

It's hard to pinpoint the best aspects of my xmas hotel stay as there were none whatsoever. But, if I had to choose, I would mention the fact that there was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep on. Location-wise, it was near some shops, but that's about it. I suppose the one advantage was that the staff didn't bother me too much, but that's not really saying much.
Where do I even start? the room was filthy and crawling with bugs.

The hotel's location provides easy access to nearby attractions. the reception staff are friendly and professional. the room is dimly lit with faulty fans and bugs infesting the room. the lack of bathroom locks is concerning. the breakfast that was promised was not provided, and the hotel refused a refund. the overall unpleasant room makes for an uncomfortable stay.
The hotel's service is not transparent, and the staff increased the room price upon arrival.
